Sirjanhaar
Sirjanhaar (ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ) — noun
In Gurmat, Sirjanhaar means the Creator, the Originator.
It refers to Allah as the One who “sirjana karda”—who originates Hukam (the primal order) from which all creation flows.
While Sirjana is the act of origination, Jag Rachna is the manifestation of the world within Hukam.
Thus, Sirjanhaar is Parmeshar Himself, the source and cause of all existence.
In Gurmat understanding, Sirjanhaar means the Creator, the One who originates all.
Kabir says:
ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਇਸ ਜਾਤਿ ਕਉ ਜਿਹ ਜਪਿਓ ਸਿਰਜਨਹਾਰੁ ॥੨॥
Here, Kabir expresses wonder that even in his jaati (body), he came to Jap (realize not recite) the Sirjanhaar. To jap Sirjanhaar does not mean mechanical repetition, but rather understanding the Creator.
Kabir connects this to his insight expressed elsewhere:
“Aval Allah Noor upaya” – First, Allah created the Light.
When Kabir realized that the Noor (Light) is the origin of all, he recognized the Sirjanhaar. In his old age, though his jaati (body) was frail, Kabir found the Truth of the Creator. That is why he says he is balihari (a sacrifice) to his own body, which despite aging, became the medium through which he realized the Sirjanhaar.
